"I spoke to many gentlemen over the past few days regarding being unable to login to eIRB and they were all very polite and patient. I called again this morning and spoke to a gentleman named Randy Phillips (Enterprise Services).

He was extremely nice, very pleasant, patient, saw the problem, apologized, said it would be fixed by the end of the day and it was! Thank you very much, Randy, for helping to lower my frustration level just by the way you were so kind on the phone."
